Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance

Belltower pays 100% of premiums for medical, dental, and vision for you and your dependents!

For medical insurance, choose between two generous plans at Cigna: a PPO with a $0 deductible or a HDHP with HSA where Belltower will contribute towards your HSA ($3,000 for individuals and $6,000 for family enrollments).

For dental insurance, we offer one plan at Cigna. For vision insurance, we offer one plan at VSP.

Unlimited Paid Time Off & Sick Leave

It's important to take time to relax and unwind! Belltower offers a flexible, unlimited PTO policy. The average team member takes 15 days PTO on top of bank holidays.

Additional Insurance

Belltower also provides Life and AD&D Insurance, and Short-Term/Long-Term Disability insurance to provide additional income protection.

Generous Parental Leave

For new parents, Belltower provides 12 weeks of paid leave for bonding and up to 12 weeks of paid medical leave (up to 24 weeks total).

Flexible Savings Account (FSA)

You can contribute pre-tax dollars up to the annual limit towards a Medical FSA and Dependent Care FSA.

Carrot Fertility

We offer a global fertility health benefit through Carrot. Carrot makes it easy to access fertility care, from basic checkups to egg freezing and in-vitro fertilization. There’s no need to have an infertility diagnosis to qualify, opening doors for individuals, LGBTQ+ couples, and anyone interested in building a family someday.

Carrot will reimburse up to $20,000 for qualifying expenses.

One Medical

Belltower covers the membership cost for One Medical for you, your spouse, and your dependents. One Medical is a primary healthcare provider that has offices all over the country and offers benefits such as same-day appointments and free 24/7 virtual healthcare.

Wellness Reimbursement

As a full-time employee, you will be able to reimburse up to $250 per month to be used towards promoting your wellbeing. You can use this towards gym memberships, fitness equipment, house cleaning services, and hobbies.

Wishbone

As a full-time employee, you will be able to enroll for pet insurance through Wishbone Insurance at an exclusive discounted rate. You will directly pay out of pocket for this benefit.
