Belltower pays 100% of premiums for health, dental, and vision for you and your dependents!
For Health insurance, choose between two generous plans: a PPO with a $0 deductible or an HSA where Belltower will contribute $3,000 for individuals and $6,000 for family enrollments.

It's important to take time to relax and unwind! Belltower offers a flexible, unlimited PTO policy. The average team member takes 15 days PTO on top of bank holidays.
