On the GP Services team, we play a pivotal role in overseeing the flow of capital within funds, including:
Fund Formation: Forming venture funds and SPVs for aggregating capital and making investments.
Subscriptions & Closings: Managing fund setup and LP investments into funds.
Global Portfolio: Completing compliance requirements for funds to make investments in companies all across the world.

You will play a key role in safeguarding fund health, supporting our GPs and LPs, and strengthening workflows that enable smooth, secure, and scalable investment flows.
